AUTOGEN-RITTER plasma powder welding torches are designed for cladding. In plasma powder cladding, also known as PTA-welding (Plasma Transferred Arc), wear- and corrosion-resistant protective coatings are applied. Metal powder is used as filler metal, which is melted with the help of the arc and applied to the workpiece as a protective layer. The plasma powder welding torches offer a wide range of applications due to their different designs and performance ranges. Hereby up to two different types of powder can be fed separately to the process. The plasma powder welding torches are available in both, manual and automated versions.
